Dietary and Nutrition Services
At Promise, we recognize that proper nutritional care can vary depending on the phase of each patient’s critical illness. A registered dietitian, registered diet technician, and a certified dietary manager work together to ensure the nutritional needs of each patient are met, while receiving great tasting home style meals. The dietary staff also tries to accommodate special requests. By offering our patients a menu choice for lunch and dinner, we take that extra step to create a special meal with a patient’s request in mind.
In addition, the nutritional services department provides dietary and nutritional education as needed.
